FAQs

Is Simply Sol certified organic?

While we currently are not certified organic, our practices and principles go beyond the current requirements for certification by the USDA and Oregon Tilth certification. While we are in the process of acquiring these certifications, we can guarantee that all of our products, plants, and seeds are GMO free, organic, and/or sustainably foraged from our property or abundant local forests of the PNW.

Is there any risk of growing non compliant plants or getting “high” with these products?

While all of our products are below the required o.3% THC hemp compliance standard, we can not guarantee drug test transparency and cannot be held liable for any unexpected or unintended effects or outcomes, crop failures or legal litigations that may result in this circumstance. Every human being is different and while we try to provide a universally healthful blissful experience, we cannot predict every reaction. Please discuss the use of hemp with your doctor if you have any concerns.

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the most studied naturally occurring medicinally active components found in the resinous flower of cannabis which scientists found reacts differently in the body than its close counterpart THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), causing no psychoactive effects while still calming the nervous systems as well as positively effecting several other essential systems in the body and mind.

Can my package get confiscated by shipping authorities?

While we can legally ship hemp and hemp products anywhere in the US, it is up to the buyer to check any local rules, regulations, or ordinances that may place your package at risk for confiscation. All packages are clearly shipped with all required documentation and labeling as stated by the USDA and ODA. Simply Sol will not be held responsible for any confiscated packages or quality loss or damage after the materials have left our facility.
