Join us for a curated culinary experience set amidst the beauty of our working hemp farm. This elegant farm-to-table meal celebrates the rich bounty of our region, showcasing organic seasonal produce, locally sourced meats, artisanal ingredients, and more — all prepared with refined simplicity and served under the open sky by Chefs Ian Grant and Dana Vargas of Savvy Food Co.
The four-course dinner is served at a communal table, adorned with cannabis bouquets, candlelight, and natural textures. The menu is still taking shape; however, nonpsychoactive CBD infusions will be featured additions to both the meal and the craft beverages available for purchase.
